- Prize draw open to residents of the UK, NI, IoM, Channel Islands and Eire only. The promoter's employees and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the competition cannot enter.
- No purchase necessary.
- Prizes consist of: Two first prizes of 'a session in a recording studio' (approx 2½ hours). Second prize consists of a Nintendo Wii + music game (game title subject to promoter's discretion) with four prizes to be won. Third prize consists of an iPod Alarm clock, with 10 to be won (adjustable depth-dial clock to fit 40GB, 60GB, 30GB, 20GB, Video iPod or mini. (Due to a voltage difference the new generation of iPod Nanos and iPod classics are not compatible with these alarm clocks). (iPod not included and colour of alarm clock subject to promoter's discretion). No cash or other prize alternatives are available.
- The winners will be the first names drawn at random on the 2nd November 2009.
- The first prize of a session in a recording studio must be used between the 15th November 2009 and the 31st March 2010. The winners of the second and third prizes will receive their prizes within four weeks of the prize draw taking place.
- The minimum age of competition entrants is 8 years old. Maximum party size for the recording studio is ten children together with a minimum of two adults.
- Entries can only be submitted via the www.pentel.co.uk website.
- One entry per person and per e-mail address allowed.
- The winners agree to participate in post event publicity.
- Closing date for receipt of entries is 31st October 2009.
- Winners will be notified in writing/email by the 15th November 2009.
- Winner's names will be available from the 2nd December 2009 by sending a SAE to 'Music Competition', Pentel (Stationery) Ltd., Hunts Rise, South Marston Park, Swindon, SN3 4TW.
- Applicants under the age of 16 years of age must have parental permission to enter the prize draw and a parent or guardian's email address must be supplied.
