TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Prize draw open to residents of the UK, NI, IoM, Channel Islands and Eire only. The promoter's employees and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw cannot enter.
- No purchase necessary. All entrants must leave feedback.
- Prize fund consists of a free pen to those selected at random each month that choose to leave feedback. No cash or other prize alternatives are available.
- There will be one prize draw per month, taking place on 1st June, 1st July, 1st August, 1st September and 1st October 2009. Each month the first 100 names drawn at random will each receive one free Pentel pen (pen type from either the EnerGel, gel pen, rollerball or ballpoint ranges subject to promoter's choice.
- Feedback/entries can only be submitted via the www.pentel.co.uk website. Only one entry per person and per e-mail address allowed per month.
- Closing dates for receipt of feedback/entries are as follows - 31st May, 30th June, 31st July, 31st August and 30th September 2009.
- Winners will receive their free pen by the 15th day of the month of each draw (15th June, 15th July, 15th August, 15th September, and 15th October).
- Winners' names and counties will be available from 2nd November 2009 by sending a SAE to 'Tell us what you think', Marketing Department, Pentel (Stationery) Ltd., Hunts Rise, South Marston Park, Swindon SN3 4TW.
- Applicants under 16 years of age must have parental permission to leave feedback and enter the prize draw and the parent or guardian's email address must be supplied in place of their own.
